Q: How do I find out about the next AkilaFace product launch or restock?

A: Akil will announce all of his launches in his newsletter and social media, so please subscribe and follow him @Akilaface @akilafacebeauty on InstagramTwitter, or Facebook to find out first.

ORDERS

Q: Can I update my order after it's been placed?
A: Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order. AkilaFace Beauty systems fulfill orders at a rapid pace and it is not possible to edit an order or change order information after it has been submitted. We are unable to cancel an order once it's been placed. Kindly email  akilafacebeauty@outlook.com as we will be happy to assist with the return process once the order is received.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

 

Q: Are Are AkilaFace Beauty products cruelty-free?

A: AkilaFace Beauty does not test our products or ingredients on animals.

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?

 

A: DOMESTIC: AkilaFace Beauty twill accept returns on gently used products purchased via Akilaface.com within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please follow the instructions and use the pre-paid label located on your packing slip, included with your order. Email akilafacebeauty@outlook.com to initiate the return process. Kindly include your order number, products being returned and UPS tracking number listed on the label in your email to ensure your return is processed in a timely manner. Please retain a copy of the pre-paid label for your records. 

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Q: Will you ship to a PO Box?

A: At this time, our courier is able to ship to PO boxes.

 

Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive?

A: Please allow for an additional 24 to 48 business hours processing time for all shipping methods (including 2nd Day Air) before your item ships. Once your order is processed, a tracking email will be sent to the email address provided. We ship via the following carriers: 

UPS Ground: 5-7 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

DHL International: 4-7 business days *(see below)

*Please allow additional processing time during our launches and promotions.
